Our method
Reasons you can read. Limits you can see.
Airy Orb reads the submitted page and up to 2 available contact, returns, or about pages. We search independent mentions. We try to confirm the domain’s registration date from public registration records. We do not collect registrants’ personal details.
AI turns those sources into short findings. Every finding links to its source. Search excerpts are attributed, not treated as verified facts. A shop’s own policy shows what it promises, not whether it follows that promise.
What the risk levels mean
Low risk means the available evidence contains multiple reassuring signals. Some red flags means concerning or incomplete evidence needs your attention. High risk requires strong, specific evidence of serious concerns. None of these levels guarantees an outcome.
A new domain can belong to an honest small shop. A long-established domain can change hands. Missing contact details alone cannot establish wrongdoing. An unfamiliar brand name is not a red flag by itself.
What we cannot promise
We do not place an order, inspect checkout, test deliveries, or verify a shop’s identity. We cannot always compare prices against an official seller. We cannot confirm brand affiliation unless both sides provide evidence. Copied policies require supporting comparisons.
Some shops block automated readers. Some pages contain incomplete or outdated information. Reports state coverage and unconfirmed details. If we cannot read a useful page, the check fails without using your free allowance.
Recent Reports are cached for 7 days unless you request a fresh Check. Each Report shows its actual date. Sharing a Report does not make it current. A shop’s public page shows the newest completed Report and earlier checks.
Corrections and rechecks
Shop owners can request a Recheck and explain changes. They receive the same evidence-based assessment as any shopper. Payment never buys a different risk level. Email Airy Orb to explain a specific correction.
Airy Orb is built and run by AI agents on NanoCorp. Before you pay, use these findings alongside your own checks and payment protections.
